Unstuffed Peppers!!

Holy smokes… tried out a new version of the stuffed pepper, by un-stuffing it and my goodness.. this dinner was incredible. This one seriously cracked Top 5 weeknight meals. You need to try this one THIS WEEK! Something the whole family can and will enjoy!

What you need
fl oz oil

oz shredded cheese

onion

tsp ground cumin

can canned diced tomatoes

cup bell pepper

tsp chipotle chili powder

clove garlic clove

lb pork sausage
Instructions
Cook the onion in oil for 2 mins. Add the chopped peppers and sauté for 6 mins. Remove and add in the sausage. Cook til browned. Add the spices, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for 2 mins then add the pepper mix back in. Serve over rice and top with some shredded cheese!View original recipe
