White Bolognese Pasta

A simple variation to one of my favorite slow cooked pastas! If you are a fan of bolognese, definitely recommend giving this one a try!

What you need
ground black pepper

salt

cup half & half

cup chicken broth

tbsp rosemary
tbsp sage

clove garlic

white onion

celery

carrot

oz pancetta

oz fettuccine

lb ground beef

lb ground pork
Instructions
Cook your pasta til al dente and reserve some pasta water. Finely chop the veggies and herbs. Cook the pancetta in the oil and the. Add the veggies and cook until soft. Remove. Cook the ground meat and season with salt and pepper. Once done add the garlic, cook for 1 min. Add the wine and reduce completely. Add half the broth and half n half, the herbs, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add the remaining liquids and simmer again. Season with more S&P if needed toss in the pasta and some pasta water.
