0 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees 1 Thinly slice your zucchini into ¼" slices and add to a bowl 2 Toss the zucchini in the olive oil. In a separate dish, add the remaining ingredients and mix together 3 Dip in a zucchini and coat well with the mixture.
