tsp iodized salt

cup parmigiano reggiano

cup bread crumbs

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425. Thinly slice your zucchini and add to a bowl. Toss in the olive oil. In a separate dish, mix the Panko, cheese, S&P. Dip in the zucchini and coat well. Place on to a greased baking rack. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden browView original recipe
