Instructions

For the Meatballs: Add 1 lb ground beef, ½ lb of sausage, 3tsp Garlic powder, 3tsp onion powder, 1tsp Italian seasoning, 2tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1 egg, 1C panko, 1/4C water and 1C parmesan to a bowl. Mix and roll into 2 inch meatballs. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. Heat your sauce and toss the meatballs. Build the subs with cheese, meatballs, and sauce and bake until golden!
