andouille sausage

1 andouille sausage

zucchini

beef broth

1 cup beef broth

¾ tsp pepper

cooked pasta

Instructions

Cook the sausage in some oil and boil the pasta to al dente. After browned, add the pepper, garlic and zucchini. Cook for a few minutes and then add the broth and seasonings. Deglaze the pan. Once at a light simmer, toss in the pasta. Sprinkle on some Parmesan and eat!
