What you need

cup peanut butter

cup sugar syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup oats

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

cup chocolate chips

tbsp protein powder
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 350°. 2 Peel your ripe bananas, discard the peel, and add them to a large mixing bowl. 3 Using a fork, mash the banana until most of the lumps are broken apart and the remaining ones are small. 4 Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well. 5 Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, chocolate chips, and protein powder (if desired). 6 Give everything one final mix. 7 Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. 8 Pour in the banana mixture and spread evenly throughout the dish. 9 Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
