What you need

clove garlic

lb ground beef
salt & pepper

cup honey

tsp granulated onion

tsp cumin

tsp paprika

tsp red pepper flake

cup bbq sauce

tortilla
crema

cup sour cream

tbsp sriracha

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1 Find a high rimmed pan and heat on medium heat. 2 Add the butter to the pan. As it melts, mince the garlic. 3 Once melted and hot, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds to a minute. 4 Next, add in the ground beef and break it apart into chunks. Add salt and pepper and cook through (draining grease after). 5 Add the honey, minced onion, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well, cooking for a minute or two. 6 Pour in the BBQ sauce and mix to coat. Heat a little longer, and the meat should be ready. 7 For the Crema: 8 Mix all of the ingredients together in a small dish or bowl. 9 Add to a squeeze bottle for topping. Alternatively, add to a ziploc bag and cut a small piece off of one corner (much easier cleanup!) 10 Enjoy!View original recipe
