What you need

tbsp sesame oil

clove garlic

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp paprika

tsp chili powder

cup soy sauce

tbsp honey

cup fresh peas

cup cooked rice
Instructions
1 For prep, mince the garlic, finely chop the onion, and separate the green onion into two parts (dark green and the white/light green). Finely slice the white ish portion of the green onion. 2 In your high-rimmed pan, add the sesame oil and heat on medium. 3 Add the onion, garlic, and green onion to the pan and cook for a few minutes 4 While that cooks, dice your chicken breasts into small pieces and start the rice. 5 Add the chicken to the pan along with the salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika 6 Give it all a good mix and then cook the chicken. 7 Once cooked through, add the cooked rice and the peas. Then pour in the soy sauce and honey. 8 Give everything a good mix and heat for a minute or two. 9 Stir in the sesame seeds and the green portion of the green onion. 10 Enjoy!View original recipe
