What you need

tsp red pepper flake
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp water

bunch fresh green beans
tbsp fresh garlic
Instructions
Add the oil to pan and heat medium high. Once hot, add in the beans and cook for 5-7 mins, be sure to stir often so they don’t burn. Add the red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Turn off the heat, add the water, cover for 1-2mins, then serve!View original recipe
