Homemade Hot Pockets!

Around the holidays it is always nice to have a quick and fulfilling breakfast option to start your day. Make a couple batches of these hot pockets and then heat them up in the oven during the week. Uses gluten-free puff pastry, but any variation can be used.

What you need

oz cheese

oz bacon

fl oz butter

egg
Instructions
Cook some bacon and scramble some eggs. Slice the puff pastry. Add the scrambled eggs, cheese, and anything else you want to one half of the pastry. Cover with the other half of pastry and pinch the edges to seal. Baste with melted butter. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden. To re-heat, bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.View original recipe
