Generously season the Wagyu Ribeye with salt and pepper on all sides. Heat a cast iron pan with a tablespoon of oil on high heat until shimmering. Carefully place the seasoned steak in the hot pan and sear until a crust forms, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the steak and immediately add the butter, chopped garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Tilt the pan slightly and continuously spoon the melted butter mixture over the steak for about 1 minute, ensuring it's evenly coated.
